These terms cover the use of ops-nest.dev. They do not govern client projects — those are covered by a separate written agreement signed before any work begins.

About this website

This site describes the services OpsNest offers. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not a quote, a proposal, or a commitment to deliver a specific result.

Inquiries

Sending an inquiry through this site does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation. We may decline work, and you are free to walk away at any point before an agreement is signed.

Project terms, ownership and handover

Ownership of deliverables, access to accounts and systems, handover arrangements, support expectations and payment terms are defined in the written agreement for each project, before work starts.

Statements on this site about ownership and about the absence of a mandatory OpsNest maintenance subscription describe how we work. They are given effect by that project agreement.

Third-party services

A delivered system may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting or services. Those providers set their own pricing, availability and terms, which can change. We identify which ones a solution depends on before you commit to it, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. Content may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The OpsNest name, wordmark, logo and the text and design of this site belong to OpsNest. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OpsNest is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Liability relating to delivered work is addressed in the applicable project agreement.
