Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through ops-nest.dev. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the inquiry form on this site: your name, work email address, business name, an optional website address, a description of what your business does, and a description of the process that is currently wasting your time.

The form also records the moment the page loaded. That single timestamp is used to detect automated submissions and nothing else.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry.
• To understand your workflow well enough to tell you whether we can help.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask us for one.

We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email to opsnest.my@gmail.com. Delivery is handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and a transactional email provider. Those providers process the message in order to transmit it, under their own terms and privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you would like your inquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. If we introduce privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in the future, this notice will be updated before it goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email opsnest.my@gmail.com and we will handle it directly.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
